Ms. Maya Pandey has more than 12 years’ rich experience in Rural development and Microfinance sector. She is a management graduate from Sikkim Manipal University. She is Deputy Managing Director at Bhartiya Micro Credit. She is actively engaged in strategic planning and policy making of Bhartiya Micro Credit since its inception. She is associated with Nimisha Finance India Pvt. Ltd. as Promoter Director

Mr. Vijay Pandey

(Promoter-Director)

Mr. Vijay Pandey has more than 16 years rich experience in SME Finance and Microfinance sector. Having acquired degree in commerce he started his career of microfinance with company named Cashpor Micro Credit (CMC) In the Cashpor Micro Credit he got opportunity to understand the process and procedures of microfinance at ground level. Latter he shifted to SONATA Finance and worked for more than two years at senior management level. During the work with SONATA Finance he was head of operations and later headed internal audit department. He initiated the company Bhartiya Micro Credit and presently associated as Managing Director of said company. He is associated with Nimisha Finance India Pvt. Ltd. as Promoter Director.

Mr. Ashutosh Singh

(Independent Director)

Mr. Ashutosh Singh holds post graduate degree in marketing management and has 16 years of experience in telecom sector. He is associated with Nimisha Finance India Pvt. Ltd. as an Independent Director.

Before taking the loan she was dependent on others but after she took the loan she has become independent. Earlier her husband was only earning for the family. But, now she is also earning money and contributing in the family. When she first took the loan of Rs. 10000 she utilized the loan to purchase a buffalo to start the dairy business. Now, she has 5 buffalos and her business is flourishing. She and her husband together earning around 30,000 per month. She has been associated with us for the last 5 years and successfully paid all the loans of Rs. 10000, 15000, 25000 and she is paying the loan of Rs. 30000. Her life has improved in a way that she is living a good quality life, giving quality education to her children and also the maintaining the lifestyle. She is very happy to be associated with NFIPL which made a difference in her and her family's life.

Before taking the loan her condition was very poor. She used to live in only one room house with her family and had only one buffalo. Her house was even made up of soil. After taking the loan her condition has improved as she has started a business of Dairy with the loan she received. Earlier she somehow managing the education of her children. But, the situation has changed a lot as she has increased the number of buffalos in her business, it has grown better. She now lives in a RCC (pakka) house. She is very happy with her life and the way and the loan from NFIPL supported her. Before taking the loan her income was 4000 to 5000 per month and now she is earning Rs. 9000 – 10000 per month.

She was poor as she used to earn 2000 – 3000 per month. She lived in a hut with her family which includes husband, 2 sons and 1 daughter. She wanted start some business and wished for the welfare of the family. She went seeking loan from different business men in her village but no one helped. She has faced lots of issues related to financial and family. As she was disappointed with the world around her with no one to help one day our relationship officer met with her. He explained about the company and the benefits she will be getting. She became our client, successfully paid her 1st cycle loan of Rs. 15000. She used the loan for buying two goats to start the business. After, sometime she increased the number of goats. Now, she has taken the 2nd cycle loan of Rs. 25,000. She has become a bigger seller of goats in the area. She has bought a new house as well and educating all the three children. Her income has improved and now she is earning 6000 to 7000 per month. She received the loan when she was needed it the most. She is very happy that her financial and family condition has improved and she thanks NFIPL for the happiness in her life.
